Hey, Buddy, I Know Using Your Military Is Fun...

Why hasn't Trump called his good buddy to tell him to stop his attack on Ukraine.  Good friends should be able to tell one another when they are doing something horribly wrong.  But.....Power needs to be used in some way, right?  How would people understand your dominance without using your power?
